A. We’re sorry, but due to copyright restrictions, we are unable to include song lyrics in the video.

A. We’re sorry, but this is not available at the moment. We may consider offering this option in the future based on customer requests.

If you are able to upload all required video and image materials promptly, the process typically takes about 7 business days in total: 1 business day for our initial response after you contact us, 1 day for you to upload materials, and 5 business days for production. If revisions are needed, please allow us an additional 3 business days. If you are in a hurry, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, but please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A. Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance. Please note that the link for uploading your video materials will be provided approximately 3 weeks before your desired delivery date.

A. Regarding redund, please refer to our refund policy.

A. One round of revisions is included, and you may request changes for up to 10 scenes.

A. We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds for cancellations due to customer circumstances. However, if the delivery is delayed due to our circumstances, we will issue a refund.
